Nordlys Laser and Light Treatments
The Nordlys is a laser and light based technology designed to treat many common skin conditions. By combining various technologies, the Nordlys is a versatile platform that offers Nd:YAG laser, non-ablative fractional laser, and intense pulsed light allowing for the safe and effective treatment of brown/red spots, rosacea, broken blood vessels, rough skin, scars, and other vascular lesions.
Prior to the treatment, numbing cream can be applied for added comfort. Usually, mild redness and swelling may occur after the treatment lasting anywhere from a few hours to days based on the treatment intensity. It is safe for most skin types. Based on the condition treated, more than one treatment may be recommended. A consultation with our provider is recommended in order to create a treatment plan tailored specifically for the patient.
